RATES per site per night – NZMCA members pay $20 and the general public pays $30
FACILITIES – The shed is a common area where campers and workers share facilities. Facilities include a fully kitted-out kitchen, one unisex shower & toilet & access to fresh clean water.
FREE ATTRACTIONS from the property include gentle walking/biking tracks, Waitao River great for kayaking, paddle boarding, safe swimming, eeling, and white baiting when in season. Kaiate Falls, Pāpāmoa Heritage Park, Surf-beach, Fishing, Shopping Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, or Te Puke are within a half-hour drive
WELCOME BAY HOT-POOLS is a short drive away.
LAUNDROMAT is also a short drive away and there are plenty of dump stations in the area.
